How about if the admin filter some keywords(foul words), such that when you use them, you will be handed ban. Such as 7days ban, few days signature ban, read only mode etc. This will promote peaceful co-existence and curtail to the barest minimum any form of bullying, unfriendliness, acrimony or as the case may be.
By visiting the site and registering under this public forum, you have already agreed to and will be bound by the rules here. The rules have already been established, and how you feel about people's responses will not cause the rules to alter. How you speak in the forum cannot be monitored; if it could, it would be counterproductive since people would not learn faster by exploring different points of view of people in the forum. It is not always about the unpleasant remarks, but about the harsh responses too, which I believe are acceptable and can be learned from.
