The casino doesn't allow 1000 winning bets, this is why it can't happen. Some casinos maybe would let that but usually that's not allowed, we are talking about nearly 25 million dollars there, and no casino I know would allow you to make a 25 million winning worth bet to begin with.

I think we all know that. That's why I wrote the last sentence, which I'm happy to emphasize here again:

Besides the factor that there are no (online) casinos that allow such high bets, the number of people who could place such bets in the first place is also extremely small.
However, I am sure that there are traditional offline casinos that are reserved for very wealthy customers and where such bets are quite common. However, they wouldn't have a problem with such high losses either.
