Barcelona having good times with Xavi these days and we know unlike many other coaches in Barcelona, Xavi pays much more attention to the younger palyer in the team.
After Messi left Barcelona they were trying to find other talents like him and now it seems Álvaro David Montero is going to be the next target for Barcelona.
Other than Barcelona he got offers from Roma and this 16-year-old Argentinian palyer seems talented.
I'm not suprised at how he's beginning to gradually excel at Barcelona as a manager, I mean he's a club legend and has had a good experience as a player for the team, so that's a plus to his managerial career at Barcelona, and I think he'll make a great start manager as he did as a player, some seasons ago, alot of Barcelona fans were complaining abou his incompetence and said he's not a suitable candidate for the role and their team needs a more experienced manager but I told them to be patience with him, cause he needs time to build his team and start succeeding and i was right after all cause the club's patience with Xavi is beginning to pay off, and one thing I like about him is that he's built his team with a good number of young talented players and give them opportunity to shine on the pitch.
Well I think it would be quite uneasy to find a player that would replace Messi but I believe their are young talents out there that are still yet to be discovered and Barcelona as a team are good at discovering such talents and help bring them up through their academy just like they did with Messi, well I hope they discover the next Messi sooner.
It's tough and I'm not sure they'll find him any time soon, Messi is a player who isn't coming back any time soon in my opinion.
However, what Xavi has done so far is a very good thing, in times of crisis and internal problems that are occurring within this team, but Xavi came at the right time to help improve the team's performance with the available players and what I like most about Barcelona Now they are very aggressive in promoting young players and Xavi combines them with senior players so that this team remains stable, what Xavi is doing is a long-term project with this team.
I think it's impossible to find a footballer like Messi, which puts pressure on new players. We constantly see players being promoted by the media as the new Messi. Everyone knows that the players' agents pay the media and get them to make news. If we think about the money that clubs pay to agents, we can understand how useless this money is. The media decides which player a team will sign and the players' agents can raise the price as they please. It's getting ridiculous.
I like Xavi's approach to football, he's trying to do what he wants to do step by step. Barcelona is playing better and better football every day.
