Have you been watching a different league or club or are you sure that you are talking about Barcelona from La Liga? If you said that they played ok so far, I would think ok, it is your opinion. But you consider them to be the best team in the league when on average they concede one goal per game, already had a draw and sometimes have massive problems with their offense. They lack some high quality experienced players and not a lot of people think that they will make it very far in the Champions League. They are behind Real Madrid and there are three teams who have a better goal difference, but in your opinion they are "brilliant and the best".
