Dortmund definitely doesn't spend NEARLY enough. They sell players for a lot of money, and then spend like half of that money instead, which makes no sense. They are like 100+ million in profit for the past 3 years total, and that is not good, teams should be spending money not making money.

When you have that much money then saying "we just didn't want to pay players who do not worth it", then the simplest question is, couldn't you find a single player who was worth it? Because if they didn't, that's also an issue and shouldn't be done. I think it should be important to remember that you are going to end up with a result that would be terrible, nobody should be doing that at all, it wouldn't really benefit you.
