I also predict that Burnley and Sheffield United will stay. As for Luton Town as it is their debut in EPL I think it will be difficult for them to survive. Maybe they can gain experience playing in the highest caste in the League and will mentally shape themselves to be promoted again.
A club's first season in the Premier League does not guarantee that they will be relegated to the Championship. Taking Brighton as an example, they finally made it to the top tier, the Premier League in 2017, after many decades. The management and players that were there at the club at the time are no longer with them, thus I won't say the team has prior experience prior to qualifying for the 2017/2018 season. Since qualifying, their performance has been good and they have been progressing upward in the league, with their best season being the most recent one, which also earned them a place in European football (Europa League) for the first time. So Luton Town can do better and remain in the league if they want to.
