I believe that Duelbits will show compassion and goodwill and send you back your funds or credit your account, it will be in their favor if they resolve it, because the confidence of the gambling community will go to Duelbits for their goodwill.
Unfortunately Op has been waiting a long time in for the issue but no update whatsoever, actually if that is the Duelbits domept address it should be a glitch this is understandable and the team can look into it as this is not small money either as it is enough to live on for a few weeks, but I don't want to badmouthing casinos because every casino has rules and requirements that I don't understand yet.
I'm not a Duelbits user but if they solve the case it will be greatly appreciated by the community, unless it's the user's problem or the OP is withdrawing money from Duelbits to the wrong wallet I think it's ok because the OP's mistake didn't check properly and this can be used by the OP to cheat the casino too, but while the problem is that the Duelbits wallet address is on the OP's account too so I think it can be understood and solved if the Duelbits team seriously checks it out.
