It's not all about respect but PSG want to get money from a successful transfer of Veratti. He can not be their main midfielder but he is a great midfielder and can be useful for them as a substitution but PSG does not want it. They want money and with recent growth of Saudi Professional League, PSG hope that some clubs from Saudi Arabia will see PSG selling list and will knock their doors to buy Veratti.

In finance, it is understandable as PSG will try to sell players and improve their finance record like Chelsea did in this summer.

I doubt that this transfer is still going to happen this summer. Wink Initially, the Saudi Professional League was planning to keep the transfer window open until September 21st I think, but they have then changed it to September 7th, which makes a transfer of Verratti to the SPL impossible for now. But if Verratti doesn't play much and he wants to leave PSG, maybe in the upcoming winter there is also a chance for him to leave the club and go to Saudi Arabia.
From what we've seen so far at Paris Saint Germaine, players like Marco Verrati is surplus to requirements hence the reason for the club to have done everything within their reach to force his move to the Saudi Arabian League.
Now that the transfer window in the Saudi League is closed the player who I don't think falls in the second choice of midfield players at the club will have s
to spend most of the entire season in the bench. If there's chances of a loan move away from PSG, I think it'll be a better option for the Italian to go to another club where he'll get more playing time before January transfer window where he can leave the club on permanent basis.
