Bitcoin may not be the first cryptocurrency in the world, but given that Bitcoin is the only one that became a hit all over the world, perhaps we could understand this title.

Also, Bitcoin may be launched in 2009, but since the whitepaper was published late of 2008, it's possible it was indeed created in 2008, so perhaps we could also give them that.

However, it seems the claim that the exchange is "automatic", "instant", and that it can be done in "just two clicks" is highly exaggerated and misleading. In the first place, there's a mandatory verification procedure that is quite tedious. In addition to identity verification, address verification, documents for additional verification, there's also card verification, IBAN verification, and more.

And then there's also the subscription to the idea of dirty or tainted or "black" coins. This doesn't suit me well.

Overall, while it appears the rate is indeed attractive, it seems they're too compliant with regulations which, at least for me, isn't really convenient. Well, they seem to be proud of being the "first Bitcoin exchanger that works according to the 5th AML directive of the European Union." There might be some who are attracted to this level of compliance, though.
