Look for someone on the forum, or just use an exchange. The % charged by exchanges is near 0...
Most exchanges don’t get to buy your bitcoin with a transaction fee attached. Even if there were to be any, it would be minute or unnoticeable. The fee you get to pay is the fee for transacting on the blockchain. Exchanges might charge you for swapping coins but, they don’t get to charge you while doing a p2p transaction with another user. When it comes to bitcoin withdrawals, it’s a different situation all together.

Why border creating this thread? I mean, there isn’t much reason for that if you’re getting good value with the person you’re trading with. Still, if Binance is functional at your end, you could use that and get value for your bitcoins. Mind you, don’t dilute your portfolio.
