Hi, i wager only 100 $ and i want to withdraw my balance but i have in pending for 3 days my withdraw and they want to submit kyc, i complete kyc but for 3 days they told me to wait. For me duelbits is a SCAM site.
Most of the people here know how Duelbits has run from the beginning until now without any fraud problems especially for only $ 100 and I think it's only about time that you have to wait until the Duelbits team gives you clarity regarding whether your KYC passes or not.
and why cannot wait for such? sometimes there are so much thinking from small roller or maybe they are badly needed that amount so they cant wait for at least a while.
Duelbits has been legit for many years, I wouldn't expect them to start losing customers based on just a hundred dollar deal, I think something must be off regarding this to make it work like this. I understand that people may not have what they want to have and that changes some things but I do believe that the best thing to do in this case would be making sure that it is going to end up with a change on the long run.
I hope that it gets to a point where we could see them do as well as hoped for, and because of that I believe that we need to have something that will change some things. Duelbits will always be a legit website in my opinion as long as someone comes with undisputable evidence that they are not, so far that hasn't happened.
