If Bellingham wants to become the best player in the world and also win those rewards, his choice to go to Real Madrid was exactly the right one. Mbappe playing for PSG will have a hard time because this leads to an instand discredit when the player of the year choices are made. Playing for Real Madrid and being the best is simply different from playing for PSG and being the best.
Mbappe is doing the right thing for his wallet, but he is doing the wrong thing for his career in terms of personal achievements. Real Madrid should have been his first choice.

Yes, Mbappe is a good player. Everyone realizes that. It was a mistake when he turned his back on Real Madrid to continue renewing with PSG. He chose power and money instead of going to Real Madrid. His career resembles Neymar's, who was bogged down at PSG before.
Although I often think that even if Mbappe went to Real Madrid much earlier, it wouldn't have meant that he would not be able to become a billionaire. He is such a good player that he could have made billions with sponsorships when he started winning the Ballon d'or frequently. Like Roger Federer in tennis who is making much more with sponsorships than he has ever made in prize money. Mbappe could have written a story similar to what Messi has achieved. But all of that is not possible with PSG. Maybe he could have even surpassed Ronaldo when he decided to go to PSG like four years ago.
@shogun if it ain’t obvious he’s more interested in making money only and I’m glad that Real Madrid didn’t purchase him because he would have continuously demanded more money from them and while there’s a big change of him going to Real Madrid next season I hope that Madrid can turn him down. Furthermore Real should target Halland because Jude and Halland together would be a treat to watch and these two would make Real Madrid unbeatable.
I think Real Madrid has enough experience when we are talking about players trying to negotiate better deals constantly.
But from a general perspective I think it is sad that a player like Mbappe does not play for a club like Real Madrid. We as fans would enjoy to see him playing for them. It's a waste right now. Imagine Haaland would play in Saudi Arabia. We would be shocked. PSG is not that bad, but it is still an inferior league where a talent like Mbappe is wasting his time. But yes, he is rich for sure.
