Why should it be on zero fee demand, as long as you're using an exchange you can't get a zero fee exchange, but maybe i will advise you check around your locality over there and rind out about those who are into bitcoin, trading or exchages, they can give you their reference and you could now go to an exchange to confirm if that was the current market rate, because if you're not careful, you will end up loosing more than you could have used as fee on exchanges.
