The biggest defense those users have "if I lost money they would have let me do it, but because I won money they are not giving it to me" which makes no sense, by breaking the rule if you gain not advantage of course nobody will limit you, why would they, that's the consequence you got already, but if you gain an advantage, someone has to stop you.
