Doing something like the above doesn’t mean we have a gambling problem. It means we have to understand how our brain works. Then, we have to realize that our brain doesn’t understand things the way our mind and consciousness do.
We can then pull our brain back by saying something simple like, “Brain, calm down.”

Related to the brain, humans have been designed in such a way that each individual has their own abilities. we as gamblers, know what we are doing. in gambling, especially sports betting, someone who has experience, knowledge, and insight into the sport itself, unlike what you describe in this thread. Oh yes, you forgot something, apart from endorphins there is also dopamine and also human psychology which is related to how our brain works. Humans are complex, difficult to predict, because they have their own way of thinking depending on the individual, their education and their social environment. Likewise with awareness, the points are not as easy as you explain in this thread. In practice, no human being is able to consistently do this, all of which is related to the way our brains work. The point is, I didn't get the essence of how to control emotions and win more bets. because gambling, is not as simple as we discussed in this thread.
