I have a strange situation with these guys. won some small bets today on live football. after the match ended the bets were called "won" but no money was released. contacted the duckdice on live chat and first they told me that their provider is in charge and they can't do nothing. 2 hours later and still nothing (I guess this is the first case in the history of live bets that the winnings are not released) they are even ironic when I told them that you can't keep my money without everyone knowing this case on bitcointalk. I really am afraid even to think about my first withdrawal in case they release the money...
