You are not being ignored, as I've told you on your accusation thread and here earlier, they've give their willingness to escalate this issue to their licensor and will fully cooperate there, where every evidences can be given in confidence. You can refer to the recent posts in your thread [which I am sure you're aware of, as you can post another things after I updated you] if you want to move your case and get to the bottom of it as fast as it can.
