Every single one of the emails that i have received from Stake their is this message

I don't think i'am allowed to share any information that has been sent to me. I don't wan't to give them any excuse to retain my funds.

Here you see that they allowed me to connect into my account, so i could do the KYC.

Right after i had done it, they removed the funds from my wallet.
