Welcome to the forum. Does your casino have a license?
I spend around 15 minutes to find some information about any licensing. I think they don't have one yet but that should not be a concern at all. We have many casinos in bitcointalk who does not have a license and they are doing well. Hopefully Cryptoplay will do well too.

The site looks very different at-least the homepage than all other casino those launches regularly.

I answer honestly to any question and do not hide the fact that we do not have a license. One of the requirements of the license is to implement mandatory KYC, this is also one of the reasons why we did not add providers, because in a cryptocurrency casino, players must remain anonymous and we don't want to have mandatory KYC at Cryptoplay. We are mostly Classic Crypto Casino and not a "face of providers casino".
I don't think I and many others who do not like KYC, they do mind at all. A crypto casino does not need a license but you need to accept the reality too. There are gamblers who feel safe [false hope of safeness though] when there are a license involved. But I have seen very little time when things went wrong a license provider was a help for the gamblers.

It may take time for you to build a good reputation but if you are taking care of your public relation then you will slowly have loyal gamblers in your platform and will do just fine. Good luck.

Cryptoplay has been active since 2021, now we have also come to bitcointalk, after 2 and a half years of operation. When you enter into a community like this, you must have something good to offer, trust and brand growth are earned over time, and if you offer professional services, of course.

that is true, credibility is important in this business. so your track record is a good reference if you are doing well on this part. and from the looks of it, checking the trustpilot - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cryptoplay.io, you have a general rating of 4.5, which is not bad.
though as a player, one should also check the legitimacy of those reviews.
and it seems you already earned some loyal patrons just looking at the numbers in your race and rise to riches contest. so it means, some high rollers are already trusting your site. license can wait. but make sure you will always promptly address each complaint or issue on your site. that's one way to earn trust from the community here. no existing complaint would be a good indicator that the site is quite trustworthy.

Trustpilot has a very good system to detect fake reviews, most of the reviews are from Cryptoplay users, some names I recognized.
I answer and try to solve any problem in the shortest possible time, my Telegram is public and with some users I talk on WhatsApp.
It is impossible not to have complaints at a casino no matter how big and safe it is, after all the casino is a place where some users lose money and get frustrated, and because of this different complaints can appear.
Apart from that, there are those people who are "body and soul" for a brand and then throw "mud" at everything that is new and maybe threatening, some call them "haters" and no matter how perfect your system is, for them is unsatisfactory.
I am grateful that until now I have not met such people and I have turned all the upsets into loyalty and respect. Peace!
