Regarding the money spent so far, we know PSG for the money they usually spend on their palyer and they usually buy superstar players in each season but this time they made a good amount of money selling the players they had.
PSG spent 300m in this summer for players but they also earned 100m. On the other hand selling players like Messi, Verratti, and Neymar was a good step for them to earn more money.
In the end, PSG was smart enough to take advantage of the busy situation so that they made more money when selling some of these players. Maybe Neymar is the only one who has fantastic value at a cost of 90 million euros and of course even though PSG have also updated the depth of their squad this season at least they don't need to spend a lot of money anymore.
