I don't need a token or apology, I just need you to finish this verification. "Analyzing" a video verification in which I had to hold my ID in front of a camera and state my name, log in and out of my account etc. is not something that has to take 6 days. Please finish this process today or let me know what is still missing and I will send or verify that. But don't leave me waiting any longer, this is rediclous.
