Yes, it is true that the probability will remain the same, but that is also okay because they will never think about the probability. They just want to keep playing slots and try to win a few dollars, and if they are really lucky, they can win a lot of money, at least more than the amount they have already won.

And gamblers also know their chances of winning will not be greater than the house. They will also not stop playing slots because they have found pleasure in playing slots. And when they become addicted to playing slots, they won't think about other things because it's not important to them anymore.

Yes, that's the tricky part.

When the gambler gets those feel-good chemicals while playing on the casino, that's the issue. Because the gambler will want to come back, and they will have to pay.

And the more they come back, the more they will be paying, until they just run out of money, and the music stops.

Nothing else to be done at that point basically.
The desire to always return to playing slots is triggered by dissatisfaction with what you get even though several other factors are caused by opportunities that might be obtained such as seeing an RTP that is still high or table fractions that are quite good but all of this is a bad start for whoever comes back and allows the gambler to actually lose more money as you have said.

So far gamblers have an attitude that doesn't give up easily or in the sense that they always come back and try as hard as possible to get what they want to achieve namely winning whereas winning or opportunities for slot games are not as easy as when we bet on sports matches which can clearly be bet on at any time and are clearly stated about Odds and correct betting options.

By the way I recently played a pragmatic provider on Starlight 1000 and there had a very good chance of splitting the table even the sun and moon often broke with small multipliers but when the bonus purchase was made there was only defeat after defeat even though the results were repeated several times still the same.
