In My Opinion Creating a successful and famous cryptocurrency without capital is extremely challenging but not entirely impossible. Building a cryptocurrency project typically requires significant resources for development, marketing, and infrastructure. t's important to note that while it's technically possible to create a famous cryptocurrency without capital, it's a high-risk endeavor. Most successful cryptocurrency projects have some level of financial backing to support development, marketing, and infrastructure.
if its pure innovation that gonna make breakthrough then it always possible to become famous even with little to no capital but the thing is that such project usually already have angel investors in the early stage meaning they are already being invested heavily so I don't think there will be such project without the backing from good investment companies out there, but regardless its still being considered starting out from zero and with no capital so I guess it does possible.
but honestly speaking, there are not many project that starts out without capital, at least they gonna spent some generous sum for marketing, but such thing could also be done freely using something like airdrops through finishing some tasks which is marketing.
