The main problem for PSG to not getting good results in the past was mostly because of the unbalanced team they had, PSG had the best forwards however there was a negative atmosphere in the teams but they had the best forwards and they didn't get good results because in the other positions, and especially in the defensive line they didn't have good player, I think this teams still don't have good defender and you can see this problem when they are going to play in the Champions League against strongest teams.
Last season PSG had sharp players up front, but they were weak in the midfield sector. both attacking midfielders and defensive midfielders. which in the end this team is not balanced. plus, spiced with conflict drama in the dressing room.
Now under Luis Enrique, at least PSG is better. Even though their front line is not as sharp as last season, they now have a fairly competitive squad. Unfortunately, this season PSG again needs a creative attacking midfielder. and unfortunately, they were unable to bring in Bernardo Silva, who was part of the team's need to become more competitive. In defense PSG has some good players, at least better than last season.
