Creating a token is free, but to make it famous without using any capital? No it's impossible in today's world.
Ohhh there's one way I think. If you're close friends are the likes of Musk, Bezos, Bill Gates, Robert Kiyosaki, and other businessmen out there, too close that they will promote your token for free.

Overall, those successful companies out there have an allocated budget for marketing. On the other hand, those crypto projects have an allocated budget for marketing as well. You can make it famous though thru bounty campaign here. If investors who are in this forum find your project interesting, and worth to invest their money with, they might invest into your project. Launch your own bounty campaign here, and don't hire any campaign managers. Don't expect too much though if you will try it, because there are many projects who launched their bounty campaign here, but ended up empty-handed even though they used some of their own money to pay for advertising.

It's possible, but the chances of your token to be famous, and successful are low to close to zero. Maybe try to airdrop it, and if your project is unique, many might be interested to invest into it, but if your project is just like what the other projects are offering then just forget creating a token.
