Just done one myself, I was unsure myself so I came up with two choices.
Promotion or instructional

I did promotion and claimed my bounty.

I guess you could do instructional, video of using windows to download wallet, set up cgminer, join a pool that kind of thing.

Only guessing tho... better you contact the Dev Team. They can tell you for sure exactly what they want.
