I wrote to them in the chat and here is their response: “Hello, unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical issues at the moment. Our specialists are doing their best to resolve it as fast as possible. It can take from several hours, we cannot specify the exact time frame at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I don’t know what to say if it takes them several hours, and possibly more, to solve such problems. I wouldn't recommend playing with them
