It doesn't seem like you have much of a choice here in regard to being patient until they are done with the investigation because even when you try via the legal action route, things are not going to happen overnight. You will still find yourself waiting for weeks on top of spending money on legal fees.
Maybe you could kindly ask them to tell you the ETA to avoid being in the dark.
Legal actions will make things worse and probably he will have to wait months or years and will spend at least ten times more money than he is going to get back. But is it really normal for a person who is KYC verified (ID and address) to wait more than 3 weeks to withdraw his 2K? Is this the case when casino has some financial problems? It means you won big and submitted a big withdrawal. In all casinos, they will notice your account more when you hit a big win or some consecutive big win, then submit big withdrawal(s).
This is not a big win, big win is eat least 10K and higher.
