Obviously, there is going to be a problem between the players when a young player is going to be given the authority over other players. Of course, ego is going to come into play in this situation. The young player who has authority over others is going to think that he owns everyone else in the squad and the actual senior players in the squad who are actually the best in the world are going to have an issue with that.
And of course, there was also another problem with the coaching as well. The coach was simply not good enough in my opinion to actually manage a team full of stars like that. And even the authority of the club has given too much importance to empathy in my opinion.
PSG needs to start looking for other talented players that would make the team look tougher just like Mbappe's influence has made them win several matches, because i feel Mbappe is leaving on a borrowed time a Paris Saint-Germain and we could see him at the Los Blancos squad next summer, playing for his dream team which might end up making the team look weaker if they don't get a proper replacement.
They've got one of the best coach with very good experience at their disposal so i don't think controlling the team would be hard for him because he's had experience in the past coaching top class players around the world, so putting Mbappe in other when he's got an attitude won't be a difficult challenge.
