My #1 "Altcoin that you trust most" is DOGE! It started as a joke and turned into a great, useful coin w/ extremely low fees, fast transaction times, mainstream attention, and a great mascot.
ps. Litecoin is OK too; I no longer have 5 favorites, but might expand someday.
