Doesn't look good to me. There are so many complaints and the representative on the forum either ignores them in the thread or says they are dealing with them but no satisfactory answers in the thread.
From what the OP has said, I would just like to point out one thing:
Also, casino told that they DON'T HAVE CURACAO LICENSE, so they have not rights to ask for KYC, unless to scam more users.
If they have a licence, supposedly one from the Philippines now, they can ask for KYC.
Create the right format for it if you think you have been scammed @Ulven and the other user could enlighten us as to what happened to their account, with so many bugs on their account it is not good for now to deposit and play money until they fix all the issues like the email verification.
give the representative of Richy.casino to address the issue since he is very active here.
Really? Although the format is what is recommended for this section, I believe that the OP is quite detailed so that only with this the community can investigate and, if appropriate, act accordingly, as well as the representative defend himself against the accusations.
There is no problem with a Philippine-based license if someone has been scammed here Pagcor is responsive in addressing the issue and flagging the casino, but for now, let's give the representative of Richy.casino to address the issue since he is very active here.
I agree.
