My point is that as long as we have the internet, online gambling will not disappear. We will see them again and again, so the online casino cannot be stopped unless it is found by the government to operate illegal online gambling.
Even the government can find the online casino that operated illegally, it's not entirely stop the online casino because the new one will comes up and the government has no way to ban every new casino site. Stopping an online casino is like stopping Bitcoin, you can't.

Online casino isn't bad too, as long as the gambler can control themselves and know about money management, they will be fine.

No one can stop those illegal casinos. As more and more people get caught on this, the more cautious and smart they are to not get caught. They are unstoppable because of the profit they are getting on it and also because there are a lot of people wanting to gamble, which means they can't really put it down because the demand is everywhere and that is money. Unless the government is really strict and closely monitors it, they won't be doing anything aside from checking those illegal casinos which is impossible as they have other things to do.

One of the reasons why the government is closing this kind of operation is because of the tax they arent getting any and also because they can't control the illegally operated casinos because they can't see them.
