Glad to hear that your issue got resolved on time, and the Bitsler team have kept up to one expectation of them, that even though they are not active here in the forum, they still check around their thread to fish out any possible complaints and try to resolve them such as in this case. You don't have to have such bad feelings anymore since you have received the funds, there is always a reason for every incident that happens.
Even though the admin is rarely active in this thread, I know one of the moderators in the chat room is active and paying attention to this thread so maybe he passed on whatever he saw here to the other team. As you said there must be a reason for every problem it's clear they don't want to ruin the reputation they've built since 2015 and I'm sure the problem was resolved not because of posting here and creating pressure but because he is on the right track. By the way tomorrow is the monthly bonus schedule, just a reminder
