For me, Chelsea is currently no longer one of the top teams in the Premiere League. Last year they played very poorly and this year they are no better. Liverpool, City, Arsenal and Tottenham can currently be counted among the best teams in the league. I'm tipping all 4 teams to win this week.
Since Chelsea have a new owner slowly their performance has continued to decline and this is their second season in this condition there is no change at all even though they have enough budget to bring in new players, in the Premier League Chelsea is one of the clubs that spends the most money but unfortunately it hasn't changed the situation at least in the last 2 seasons. This week Chelsea will fight Bournemouth I consider both teams to be at the same level and let's see what they can do, I don't expect Chelsea to lose lol.
