I've had the rig for almost a day. Rock solid so far. Consistent hashrate, but the rig needs to be properly tuned. 3% rejects

I noticed on your new pool rejects are down to 1.6%. Is this a more reasonable percentage? I have found rejects are very dependant on the pool/coin being mined. Any recommendations on ways to reduce the rejects?
