Kyle Walker basically said something similar, he said they have absolutely no reason to complain or anything and need to win every game because club has best of everything, best training grounds, best pitches, best staff, best trainers best nutritionists best chefs, everything they have is the best which means that there is no excuse for City players to lose, they are given everything in the best form so the players should play their best as well.
This type of thinking means that they do not go out against West Ham any different from going against Real Madrid, the idea is to win every single game, if they could win 50 games a year they would, that's what they aim at, and some of their long running streaks are proof of that.
