If there's any internal problem at Manchester United, then it has to be the manager Erik Ten Hag's rift with their forward player Jadon Sancho which has made the club to order the England international not to train with the first team squad. Erik Ten Hag since his arrival has brought some kind of discipline at the club abd he started his disciplinary actions with the club's former talisman Cristiano Ronaldo which was one of the reasons that made the Portuguese superstar to leave the club. It's a good development if you ask me because it's gonna make every member of that squad to always behave themselves as no one is exempted from being punished whenever he faulters.
I have an ambivalent attitude to this. Still, being a coach of a top club is a separate profession. If you can afford to be a dictator and sole master of the situation for average ordinary players in an ordinary club and build a star team, then the situation in top clubs is a little different when you still have to adapt to your leading star and, most importantly, literally expensive players. If Ten Hag succeeds in Manchester United to be the main star and achieve results at the same time, then honor and praise to him. Otherwise, he may get a hidden discontent and rebellion on the ship, because with all due respect, this is not Ajax and the Premier League is a completely different level.
