I remember that he manage one campaign here before that offers highest rate among all campaign's except Chipmixer. Mintlayer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5366033.0) is the campaign I was referring. I didn't manage to join on this campaign since I'm enrolled on different campaigns but I'm sure that participants of his campaign will remember him since he offer a high paying campaign that time without a problem.
