Lens had another nightmare tonight, they couldn't win in the match against Metz. Although Lens is statistically is better rather than Metz, but luck is in Metz side. With this bad record, Lens will have difficulty back to the title race, but there is still a chance for Lens to rise and get a better position in the standings. I hope they have a new coach to improve the performance of Lens squad, because currently it seems like Franck Haise is no longer reliable.
Their nightmare continues this season,they just cannot get a win this season and it looks like there is no out for them. They need a good striker because this dosent work. They had 31 shots today and 11 were on target and just cannot score a goal,its just crazy that they didnt score.
After very impressive season in the French Ligue 1 last season that made them finish in the top four of the table, Lens has been a shadow of themselves since the start of the season and are yet to win a game.
Playing at home against Metz, I was thinking they were gonna finally get their first win of the season but unfortunately for them, they lost that game and that I think will affect the players mentality ahead of their European game next week.
