That's... an interesting two cents. If I may ask for more context, did you register while you're still in German [thus registered within the prohibited jurisdiction], or did you register after living in Japan?

Hi holydarkness.
I registered around 3 years ago while being on a trip to Germany. After I came back to Japan I always used a German VPN, even though there was no need for it. Just didn't want to get blocked for some reason.
And for the last months, because now you can't login with a German IP anymore, I just used an Austrian IP without any problems.

And like I said, my home address registered with stake is in Germany, and I never got blocked or anything like that. Also there are MANY German players at stake, and Eddie acknowledges them all the time on stream.
So there are definitely plenty of loopholes in these TOS for some reason.

Have you tried to withdraw money from there? If so, what is the largest amount you have successfully withdrawn?

You are right about loopholes because they can always keep someone's money under the pretext that you are coming from a restricted zone.

Sure I have withdrawn, over 50 times at least. My biggest withdrawal ever was around 20k$. Without any issues. Had it 1 minute later in my wallet.

It's very strange about these restricted countries in my opinion. Unless they make a real statement that says something like "from now on people living in the following countries are not supposed to play at stake anymore..." this will go on.

And for obvious reasons they will not do that. There are thousands of French, German and other players from restricted countries that are using stake for a very long time, because back when they registered their region was not banned. Banning these players now would mean a big financial loss for stake.
