We do reserve the right, yes, but in most cases it is only in rare cases like suspicious behaviour or fraud, for extra security. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. The average user will rarely be asked for any documents. Hence, we are very relaxed on KYC.

I feel like you're giving people false hopes by saying that you're relaxed and the average user will rarely be asked for KYC.
The way I see it, they are not going to be asked, until they do, and when it happens they won't be able to argue with your decisions anyway because they were informed that in some cases they can be asked to do KYC. If I register and get asked for that, I won't know if I was one of 100 people, or that all of that 100 were actually asked.
