LOL, that was not Satoshi though, it's just another impersonator or someone just hacked his account and posted that cryptic message.
In any case, majority of Bitcoiners that Satoshi will not resurface, and as much as we want to, it's not going to happen.

Also there is one claimant to the Satoshi name, Craig Wright
, which again, is just a fraudster.
