Unfortunately, our fraud prevention system detected violation of there T&C from your side that's why your bets were automatically refunded, i.e. you received your funds back in a whole amount.
As an aside, it's obvious this is a Russian shell company. Engrish text like above, ev or ov suffixes on the employees, tax haven location. Handy during a war with Russia under financial sanctions.
