Supposing you are able to do what we have explained above, you would have been able to either pump the fee or rebroadcast the input. But you are neither the sender and nor have the private key of the wallet the transaction is broadcasted from.
I looked at binance for one and they offered a service but at about 80$ i just don’t know anything about accelerators and if they would actually guarantee it to be processed
Paid accelerators are expensive and not worth it.
