It seems that you won't get a direct response from the team representing Punt.com, just look at their posts in this thread, above and below your post, they only make posts like Bump who write about their casino but don't respond or interact, let alone answer everything. complaints, maybe you could try contacting the service support directly on their site, who knows, you might get an answer to your question.
I can probably only suggest that it's best to see how their interaction is on the forum, if there isn't any then the solution is their site, but if they don't respond to anything, it's better to gamble at another casino that cares more and responds to all user complaints, especially as the reputation of this forum is important, the less interaction with users will definitely be abandoned by many users of this forum.
