I do not think Kylian Mbappe can be amongst the top 3 players this year best player award; he has fallen off radar thanks to Erling Haaland masterclass treble season with Manchester city and Lionel Messi triumphant worldcup campaign. Mbappe also had an excellent worldcup performance; but i do not think that willl be enough for him
Others may have different opinon but i could not agree more with it. Mbappe doesn't even deserves to be in the nomination for the ballon d'or. I would prefer to see haaland to take it as his contribution to the manchester city was very big.
he was able winning treble winners on his first season in manchester city which is really amazing for him. The public was not even predicting if haaland would able to become the beast striker owned by manchester city.
Mbappe needs the Real Madrid move desperately, to push his media hypes and be more recognized for the world prized event.
Mbappe can also try to push himself in acquiring the more trophies with real madrid rather than stuck in the same place with PSG. I can imagine the chance for mbappe to win UCL is far bigger once he will join in real madrid.
I hope madrid will able to get him as soon as possible. It will be win win situation for madrid and mbappe.
