Based on my past experience, you should PM theymos about this problem along with link (e.g. pastebin link) which include context/text which blocked by CloudFlare.

I also experience similar problem in past which also involve wget and https, https://pastebin.com/NHmvkPdG. In such case, i'd just rephrase what i already wrote.
