Everyone that had a refund policy found a way to bend it. For example Bitmine.ch managed to find a way to push it 10 days later. HashFail was bragging so much about the BTC refunds and we all know how that ended up. Why not do things a bit different one time? Just think for a second, if they wanted to just gather a lot of money they could post some kind of honeypot refund policy, but it's not the case because they don't need it. Also customers should always take into consideration the risks before ordering. If they would offer a refund policy and in July BTC goes to 100$ then everyone will refund and if the money are spent on components they won't be able to refund everyone. Every company is saying that they don't guarantee customers ROI.
