The main reason for the increase in the price of food products is that the rate of demand is higher than the production. And the reason for the additional demand is the increase in population in the country. Population is growing at a high rate in every country due to which the demand for food grains is increasing day by day. Therefore, no country is able to reduce the price of food products, whether it is Asia or Europe. And for this reason it cannot be called inflection. Inflation occurs when the price of goods rises and the value of money depreciates even though production remains constant

Currently, in many countries the reason for inflation is different. Many companies have suffered during COVID and some of the supply chains are still recovering. This is a crisis of supply, not demand, but both EU and US authorities were printing money like crazy which was a mistake and only served their political interests.

That's right and there should be special considerations even though they also plot the budget for post-pandemic recovery both in terms of supplies which are fundamental in disaster management and resilience and others. I think that's understandable. The name of the government is also not something they think about, but at least they are paying attention to it even though the results are not optimal and the food crisis should not be considered trivial without preparation because the impact is much bigger than the Covid pandemic itself.
