The only thing that's changed is the amount of transactions that you've been receiving.

Okay, there's way to do that in Electrum Wink

You do that by importing a single WIF private key to Electrum by selecting the option "Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys" when creating a wallet.
Take note of the "info" tooltip above it to indicate the address type.

But take note that receiving everything to that single address nor receiving the change to that same address wont do any difference.
